The food took FOREVER. It seems that door dash takes priority over in store customers. Restaurant bordered on clean. The ratty napkins under the table legs to stabilize the tables were a classy touch. The food wasn't bad.

So this location, food and atmosphere is good. Its what any person that been to IHop would expect. The service wasn't what one would hope for unfortunately. The wait after ordering food was about 20 to 30 minutes. Our waitress gave us drinks but didnt reappear to food came out. Other staff members got us refills and checked in on us which lead to me giving it 3 stars.

The food was quite exceptional today. Pancakes, eggs, and sausage were hot, tasty, and fresh. Sometimes in the past it's been mediocre, lukewarm, and warmed up. It was quite a pleasant surprise and dining experience.
