I ordered an Açaí bowl online today and sent my daughter in to pickup, after 5mins later I went in to see what was wrong. I spoke with the cashier and she said they were out of açaí bowls, did I want a smoothie and I said no I would like a refund on it, that I ordered online how do I go about doing it. I’ve been ordering here at the location for months and never had an issue. I ordered for delivery today and only got half my order, & I have called the store 15 times and no one picks up. Normally I would go right to the store but I currently have a really sick toddler which is why I got it for DELIVERY. If you’re not going to answer the phones how is someone suppose to let you know about an issue with their order like your confirmation email says to do.
