WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

Overall disappointing experience. The restaurant smelled strongly of Sulfer, the food took longer than anticipated to come out but was hot. However they swapped all the burgers we ordered across 2 orders around so initially it was thought they didn’t catch any of the modifications to the order. Thank goodness the order before us was our friend otherwise we’d have not had our burgers. The fried pickles were tough and bland. Sweet potato fries were well done but lacked salt and finally the honey hot wings were all hot no honey but were well cooked.

Hopefully, this was just an off day and not a regular occurrence.

I ordered combo chicken tenders and steakburger nothing fancy i have been waiting for 20 minute until i decide to cancel my orders . All the orders behind me. got their quickly . Terrible branch at midlothian

Don’t order the ghost pepper wings to your job unless you wanna do your job while clinging onto the toilet praying to the toilet gods. They don’t play about it being hot like other companies. Great wings will order again with ice cream

Visit time 2.06 place two orders at2.30ask about the order.2.40steak phill came out.one lady order came out that order before me we talked about the time me and the other couple in the restaurant about the time.five minute later my one little burger came out cold cheese not melted.i ask for my money back. The cook said he can make a new one it took 5 minutes I just got it and looked at it and threw it in the trash.

If I could rate it lower I would, I had ordered both meals with onion rings only one had onion rings, these so called fries I could have smooshed into a potato patty, I specifically ask cashier if there were onion rings and they said yes no need to open bag, never mentioned there were fries, no ketchup in the bag for onion rings, no napkins either, very disappointed burgers were okay but not great

If you are craving a true flavorful steak and cheese sub, this is the place ! I Have tried other restaurants offering this sandwich in the area, and this place wins hands down !! The fries were not as crispy, so I would recommend chips, but the sandwich gets an A+

Great wings - we got Medium Buffalo sauce and it was almost too spicy. If you are on the fence, stick with the Mild Buffalo.

As a first experience, I wouldn't recommend. I ordered thru Uber Eats for a pickup order at 3:15pm but when I arrived the guy at the front said they didn't have my order & thats all he kept saying even after i showed my receipt & asked if they could make the order. Idk if that's the app Uber Eats fault or the store but not a very good first experience.

The wings are super small! That's the only problem...

Ordered door dash twice, great both times. One of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Also had wings, fried rice and a cheese steak, all were solid.

The overall experience would be better if the girl up front wasn’t clearly bent over on her phone last I checked if you got time to lean you got time to clean but this isn’t the first time I have came in here and she’s on her phone promise I’m not being a Karen but I promise you she could be doing more for your business

I eat here at least 3 times a week as college kid I love it here

The Philly cheese steak was delicious. The steak itself and the fries remind me a ton of Steak and Shake. Love the variety of the menu and the fact that they have a chicken sandwich called "not closed on sundays." The cookies and cream milkshake was smooth and creamy. The location is a bit tight and compressed and seems more of a take out style than a sit down and relax style, but I would sit and relax here with friends anyhow.

This was our first time encountering this restaurant, and I must say for the first time the food was on point. My kids were happy and we will definitely be returning Gigi and the staff were great with accommodating our needs at the last minute.
