The Philly cheese steak was delicious. The steak itself and the fries remind me a ton of Steak and Shake. Love the variety of the menu and the fact that they have a chicken sandwich called "not closed on sundays." The cookies and cream milkshake was smooth and creamy. The location is a bit tight and compressed and seems more of a take out style than a sit down and relax style, but I would sit and relax here with friends anyhow.

This was our first time encountering this restaurant, and I must say for the first time the food was on point. My kids were happy and we will definitely be returning Gigi and the staff were great with accommodating our needs at the last minute.

Very friendly staff. There lemon pepper wings are great. If you love a nice crispy fry wing this is the place to go!!

This is my 5th time coming. It’s usually order to go but had issues receiving the right order, so my wife and I decided to order and sit. I ordered chicken tenders a fries with bbq sauce on the side. The cashier misunderstood and had all my tenders tossed in bbq. When I asked to have the order fixed he blamed myself for telling him the wrong thing, mind you the cashier did not speak English and was communicating through an AI system. My order should’ve been fixed with no issues. A waste of $40 I will never recommend this restaurant or go back. Eat at your own risk.

I wished I read reviews. The fries were NOTHING like the website pictures, it was big and soggy, not thin and crispy. Ordered Nashville hot chicken sandwich and it wasn't spicy at all, even with extra packets of hot sauce. This is first and last time.

This restaurant is the worst overall in customer service. Don't eat here unless you want to leave angry and hungry. Lady at register is very rude and I couldn't understand her. My wings were burnt and tasteless. I wish they would Bring back the previous management. They rocked! Where are you guys???

they lady wouldn’t give me an extra honey mustard and even when i said i would pay for it and they was supposed to close at 9 and closed @ 7:58 and still refused to give me one .

The food, service, and atmosphere is all awesome overall at the WingNBurgers Factory Restaurant, and I would highly recommend it, especially if you like a good burger, chicken wings, and french fries. I would honestly give it an overall review rating of 5 stars and 10/10.
