We (as a family of 4) wrote off BK years ago, because of poor quality food (not the Franklin location).
We had a coupon for a family deal (3 whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, 3 fries) so we decided to give it a shot one last time.

This was the best fast food experience I’ve had in years.
The Whoppers- beautifully constructed. If I wasn’t so hungry, I would have a picture to show you. They were the perfect ratio of everything, didn’t fall apart and every bite had every ingredient present.
The best Whopper I’ve ever had.

The cheeseburgers- same thing, very delicious, but the Whopper was the clear star of the meal.

My husband said the customer service was phenomenal (he picked it up) they were fast working and made no mistakes with the order and overall- gave exceptional customer service.

This put BK back on the map for us as a family.
