“The place was absolutely packed. Great sign. I got a nice Italian sub. It took a little while for the food to come out, but it was a Saturday night and it was jammed packed. So sometimes when little things happen in a service you have to excuse them when they happen, while being busy small mistakes can happen. I don't want to call out a 1-star review for the place, but maybe if the person who wrote that review had a brain in their head they wouldn't have complained so much. I only see it because it's beside my text box as I'm writing it. What a BS review MW wrote. Get over yourself, the place is packed for a reason. When my food came out, it was huge. The sandwich was just absolutely stacked with deli cuts, clearly fresh and the veggies were crisp and clean. Potato chips side. It was quick service, nice service although I will say I had no idea who my waitress or waiter was, the entire crew was just kind of doing everything. Which is not a bad thing, they were just working together to make everyone happy. Seriously an awesome place to eat in Covington and everyone should go there at least once a month if you live in Covington and if you're passing by, go ahead, stop get a wonderful sammich, meet the wonderful crew, and enjoy your life. This place was great.“
