Wendy’s does not listen well. Every time I’ve been there the order is not right. Maybe the employees need to be retrained in listening. Usually they leave off bacon on the crispy chicken sandwich/Jr Bacon cheeseburger and rarely get the sodas right. This was not peak time.
the service here is absolutely terrible!! everything I Try to take my family here we always end up leaving after waiting more than ten minutes every time!!! this place is totally unacceptable. something needs to be done!! is there a way I can contact someone in higher management?
