“There food is absolutely unbeatable they are well known for the cole slaw. Outside of the food the workers are the key to it, they are so very nice and great full to see everyone to drop by to say hello or to come in and have a bite to eat. I love the place and the food.“

“My husband and myself came out this past weekend. We are about an hour away. Great atmosphere and the bartender was the best! Had the fried green tomatoes and they were definitely the best I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend to anyone and will be back again. “Danville is an interesting place. They have the best Thai food I've had in years and they have this little gem. I went here when they first opened and it was like every other little, trying a little too hard without the special something that made it worth going back. We've all seen the places. They typically have a cook with a lot of tattoos trying to show off drinks they don't know how to prepare and different takes on dishes that just don't quite land. We have all seen these restaurants pop up and typically they go down just as hard.

So... I had a chance to revisit on my last trip and I was... Well... I was blown away. I don't think I could have asked for anything better. I rarely get the drinks in restaurants like this, but the Danville mule was outstanding... The Salmon had with the corn cream sauce was probably the most interesting dish I've had in years. I can't say enough about how nice the server was though I don't remember her name. She misheard a couple of our orders including mine but that was our fault and she was so sweet about fixing it. I truly cannot say enough good things about the entire experience.“

“I previously left a review of Kickback Jack's that praised their service and food. Unfortunately, after the service we had tonight, I have to edit this review. We had a party of 7 on a Saturday night. We ordered 2 appetizers, and one came out quickly. The other came out about 10-15 minutes later. We then waited on our entrees. Sierra was our server, but several waitresses chipped in with helping bring the food out. Our meals were not brought out at the same time. One in our party had finished her food by the time the waitress came around and was reminded that she still needed one of her sides. My water was empty and not refilled one time. Unfortunately, the service was very poor for many reasons. The waitress came by, and I asked if we could get our bills. She then came back and asked each of us what we had to eat. After that, I watched her ring up other people. She then came back to our table and told us she would have to take our payments at the front. We went up to the front and started to pay. She asked us what each of us had to eat again. After 3 of us had paid, another employee came up and looked at the receipts and what I am assuming were the tips that were left. She said 'ain't that some shit'. Then she looked at us and had an 'uh oh' moment when she realized that we were part of that group of 7. We proceeded to finish paying and left. I will say that my husband's bill and mine was $60 and we left a $10 tip, which was more than what was earned, in my opinion. To the manager of this establishment, I would highly suggest speaking with the employees about professionalism and what they should be saying in front of guests.“

“We have been twice in the last month to this location. For a long time I avoided IHOP due to long wait times, poor quality food and poor staff attitude. Tinisha is an amazing waitress, shes caring compassionate and her positive attitude reflect in her service and her smile. We came back hoping to receive the same quality food and were not disappointed there either. Everything tasted amazing hot and fresh from the kitchen and orders correct. Good job Danville IHOP on turning this location around. And promote Tinisha, give her a raise, she deserves it. We will be back because of her.“
