the customer service is terrible. the cleanliness of the restaurant is terrible, I came in to order a burrito bowl and the employee taking my order was extremely rude and threatened to throw food at me.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We ordered delivery thru the app and not only did we get the wrong person's order (total accident that I understand happens) but took me an hour of dealing with the Pepper Chat and finally tracking down a phone number online to talk to someone that got my issue. She agreed to issue a refund and said to give it 7 days to show. I came in after work and for some reason my online order didn't go through. The three young women up front were extremely helpful and kind.
