Just wanted to say, got a pie from you guys back in September when I was in town for Blue Ridge Rock Fest. I’m from Chicago and ever since I’ve left I cannot stop thinking about this pizza. It was hands down the best pizza I’ve had in my life. The consistency of the bread, the crust wasn’t super doughy, the cheese was melted perfectly, and with just the right amount of sauce, which wasn’t super sweet either. They held the doors for a takeout order. We had been working, and it was running into late evening as we passed through. They fed us, and I thought, hey, they are like family and friends; the food was so good.
The food never ceases to amaze me. Great business and great food!
