“Hands down the best BBQ. Met the owner while painting bridges and brought many coworkers to try his bbq. I’ve got coworkers from Greece, Syria, South America. Europe, and pure country boys… we all agree … the best. If I know I’m within 2 hours… I make the trip. I’m waiting right now for the site to say open I am currently in Staunton checking back daily 😛“

“Emailed Trevor and asked about catering for my boyfriends birthday party. He was so accommodating and helpful from start to finish. The pulled pork was amazing!! We ordered the peach habanero sauce along with the Kansas City BBQ sauce. Both were a huge hit with our friends and family. I also ordered a tray of Macaroni and Cheese and Baked Beans along with a tray of Cole Slaw!! I had never tried any of their food but found them through a Google search I was super impressed with taste of the food and will definitely do catering with them again!!“

“After a long day at the Massanutten Resort it was nice to have a good meal and a friendly face.
Miranda S @51 Burgess Road did a very good job with us.
She was nice and super friendly.
They even sang for my baby girl.

“I wouldn't call this a restaurant really, a restaurant to me is a sitdown place with a server, which is what we were looking for to stop in at on our drive home to NC. Regardless, I wasn't disappointed in my meal at all. My hubby and I got BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, the buns appeared to be fresh homemade and yeasty like I like them! The meat was tender and juicy, personally I would have liked a bit more BBQ sauce on mine but I tend to slather my food in it more than the average BBQ-feind ? Hubby thought $10/sandwich was a little steep but I didn't think so with the cost of everything today going up so much. There were several tables outside to sit and enjoy your sandwich, and a clean bathroom. I'd definitely return if I was ever in the area again.“
