Hardee's receives mixed reviews. Some customers complain that their star burger is too large, not hot, and mushy, and that fries may be cold or not hot. Slow service and old, dried tenders have also been mentioned. Others praise friendly staff and fast service, noting a helpful employee and a kind manager who made substitutions. The menu includes the 5.99 bag with double Cheez or Ham n Cheese, but the burgers can feel rubbery and stale. Keto diners enjoy the double monster burger with no bun, describing it as a massive, perfectly cooked pile of meat. Overall, Hardee's offers quick service and friendly staff, but food quality varies and may disappoint some customers.
