The lounge was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were warm, attentive, and eager to assist guests, which greatly enhanced the experience. The food was flavorful and well-prepared, though I would have appreciated a broader selection on the online menu. This is by far the best lounge I have ever been in with priority pass on chase sapphire. Unlimited top shelf drinks, high quality food, and the staff are constantly asking everyone inside, if there's anything else they can grab for them. Some of the other reviews mention limited food options, but for me, the most important thing was the quality. Most of the lounges I get into with priority pass have lots of food options - of low quality. For me, I definitely prefer quality...

Perfect experience with Sapphire (Etihad) lounge! This is definitely the best in IAD! Service is great!
Rolando and Amy are the gems! Highly recommend this lounge if you have CSR or Ritz, or flying with Etihad!
