The place was quite crowded and finding a spot to sit was tough, mostly because many people were just taking up tables without actually eating anything. I ordered only a hamburger, but the brown bag came packed with their typical extra scoop of fries tossed on top. I ended up throwing the fries away since they weren't that good.
The food was good but the soda was flat and warm ( no ice). The service was glacial and that's being kind. I mourn for the glory days at Five Guys' original location in Alexandria! This is a mere shadow of ita former self.
Service after placing order was unacceptable. There was zero sense of urgency (we are trying to catch a plane!!) by the employees. The cheeseburger ordered took 22 minutes and 9 people were standing to the side waiting for orders. All the customers waiting looked stressed and worn thin by the amount of time the orders were taking. The burger itself was delicious.
