Guys working there tonight were absolute gems ! They gave us extra mayo , refills , a ton of fries! An extra bag to make our meal to go later on. Burger was alright , like a regular burger ,but because of the staff I had to give them 5/5 stars.
No seating at five guys , must sit at the airport seating right outside the restaurant, and there was enough seating . I just wished the airport workers cleaned it more often and thoroughly

Ode to a $20 Cheeseburger
Ah, airport dining. The magical place where a cheeseburger costs $20 and I’m honestly surprised they haven’t installed credit card readers on the toilets yet.
We waited about 10 minutes to order from someone who left me so completely baffled by the interaction that I considered it a minor miracle when the order actually came out correct.
Then came the wait.
“About five minutes.”

Worst 5 Guys ever been to. Food was as expected but staff (bar the guy on fries) were awful. Irainian guy who took order also took a phone call during my order which probably explains why i got the wrong order. Woman in black t-shirt constantly talking and leaving partially built burgers on the plate. Just pants.

Five Guys provides delicious burgers. The staff are friendly and have cheerful attitudes. Service can be slow, and orders may take a little time. At this location, the line can be long and there are no reserved seats for customers. Some customers have experienced issues with their orders, such as missing items or lukewarm food. However, the staff are willing to correct mistakes. Despite some drawbacks, Five Guys is considered one of the better options at the airport, especially for a bacon cheese or cheeseburger.
