Based on the reviews, Gatsby is the best food in the C terminal at Dulles. The atmosphere is nice, with a decent bar that has good options for beer, tequila, and whiskey. The food menu is a little bit limited, and there is no kids menu. The food is a little pricey, but it is an airport. Popular meals include the French dip sandwich, the farro dish, the salmon dish, the rigatoni bolognese, and the grilled chicken sandwich. The salmon dish was absolutely delicious, with fried kale and an amazing sun-dried tomato sauce. The grilled chicken sandwich was well flavored with great bacon, though the chicken seemed a bit dry. The garlic fries had a subtle, light seasoning. The bar top has places to charge a device. Service is excellent, with kind and friendly bartenders who are attentive and polite. The food is fresh, hot, and great, and the beer is ice cold. Gatsby is adjacent to C23.
