I was traveling with kids and the queue for food was very long. Kids were irate as they were hungry. Staff named Syed Ahmed was very helpful and generous. He was professional and helped me out with order quickly. My kids love the sandwich. Thank you Mr Syed.
Great customer service and they prepare the food as per the instructions from the customer. Shahid, the manager came to us while we were eating and asked if we needed anything else. The eating area was clean and tidy.
Would not allow me to use Jersey Mike's App and Shore Points. Receipt does not have a ticket number for me to manually add pts to my account. Prices high. Staff not very helpful.
