Veggie sandwich could have been better. This is a location in an international airport located in the capital of the United States of America. People handling the location should be able to communicate properly with its customers. No one speaks perfectly I 100% agree on that. Not even native speakers can unfortunately escape from that statement in all honesty but pls you are handing over the keys of a location to a staff can’t communicate. On the other hand they have all the good intentions and willingness of serving to its customers.

I asked for a plain intalin, and to NOT cut it, they gave me an intalin that had lettuce, and they cut it the 2 things I said not to do.

Priced as expected. But Out of almost all of the “free” toppings (apparently common since they have them covered up on the menu). Room temperature bottled drinks ($4). Don’t expect normal Potbelly quality at this one!
What horrible service. It’s Tuesday morning 6 June 2023. The young lady working was one of the worst customer service reps we have had in a while. What made it even worse was that the manager ( young man) was just as bad! Bad leadership, bad followers. It’s the airport. I get it…. We are global travelers and have seen the best and the worst. We own several businesses and one of them is a restaurant which has over 200 rates and all ( but 1) are five stars. Why?? We make sure EVERYONE feels like family the moment they walk in the door. Even if this place was the only place open, if I saw these two jokers I would not eat there. OWNER of this shop.. these two are hurting your business. Get rid of them. They don’t appreciate the opportunity you have given them. YOU HAVE A Captive audience. You don’t need people like this ruining your businesses. They will only chase any chance of returning customers away! Then they argue because they want more money!! We are first timers and would not return if we see them there. Sorry you have employees like this. They will kill your business. You’re better off with people who are dying to work for you. Working at the airport is an incredible opportunity which they don’t appreciate. Get rid of them and get rid of problems. Good luck. Sorry for the 1 star. Happy to change when you change employees.

They acted indignantly for not tipping them for making me two lousy sandwiches. The pizza melt had raw portabello on it. It was $40 for chips drink and two small sandwiches and zero service so why am I expected to tip? Gross place.

Got the BLTA, and the bread was not very fresh. The bacon was woefully undercooked and stringy. There was very little avocado on it at all. One half was virtually devoid of it altogether. I get it is an airport but not a good effort.

A pretty good spot located inside the terminal D of the Washington Dulles Airport, with some nice variety of sandwiches to pick from. Today while having a layover at Dulles, I went there to grab something quickly. And I had a sandwich called Pizza Melt and it was a good call. Tasted good, a bit hot but ok ??.
