“I can’t speak to the other reviews about terrible customer service, but the service we experienced early in the AM was friendly and cordial (something you don’t always get early in the day.) Though the tacos are small, the tortillas are cooked well. The tater tots breakfast tacos with medium salsa (not spicy, but fresh) hit the spot before my early morning flight!“

Despite it being a busy Friday night and not having a reservation, there was no wait for great booth seating - and the music was great.The Hamburger Nachos were scrumptious and were definitely shareable — the portion size was huge!! I went with the Quesadilla Marina for my main course & devoured it!! The Old Bay seasoned shrimp and cilantro claw were THE perfect combo with the Chihuahua cheese ?Our server was super duper attentive and checked in often to make sure we had enough water and also weren’t waiting to order anything else.“

“We catered in Casa de Avila for a birthday party and it was such a hit! I knew their food was great after having it at their food truck, but catering in food can sometimes be a different experience. Thankfully, the catered food was just as good because they put care and quality into the prep and delivery! I can appreciate that it’s difficult to prep a larger size of food and deliver it fresh and in a way that upholds the quality of the food. They have everything down to a science. The employee who delivered everything was on time, professional, and careful! Their communication with scheduling and planning was outstanding which is very important to me. I highly recommend Casa de Avila for authentic delicious Mexican food! Best tacos in the area! ❤️“

“Bar Taco is always amazing. Highly recommend the duck bowl and guacamole. Their drinks are always fantastic too and this location has great outdoor seating options. Parking is also free in RTC now!Kid-friendliness: I went with a baby and staff was so accommodating!“

“Tried La Prensa for the first time last night. My family was impressed. Our server was so friendly and attentive ensuring our non-dairy requests were satisfied, and water was filled throughout the meal. The menu had a lot of interesting, unique options, and everything we tried was cooked well and very tasty. We are planning to go back soon. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Our group had vegan eaters, gluten-free eaters, vegetarians, and meat eaters. “Keep in mind I’m coming from Texas, so I have a high standard on tacos.If you like traditional Mexican tacos, this isn’t the place. I will say their churros are really good and I’d give 5 stars. “If you're looking for an international version of a greasy spoon, this is it! Food is superb. Prices are reasonable for anywhere, let alone NOVA. Atmosphere is attractively rough around the edges. And they have good beer on tap. Highly recommend!“

“I love this place. All good is made from scratch before your eyes. I have eaten here many times and never had a bad meal. Burritos are great and are served with fresh avocado and rice and a papusa. I also love their ceviche. BeefsteakEnsenbollada is fantastic. Prices are very reasonable. Now days there are only 2 seats on a counter against the wall. At least that was as a month ago. When you want some really good food in the back of a convenience store, this is the place.“

“Taco Bamba in Fairfax is OK. But Vienna is better in terms of options and experience. Stilly, good vegetarian options. Been here tons of times. Staff, even if it's backed up, work really hard and people don't wait too long.Parking: Hard to find a space in the evenings.“

“Best Mexican place I've ever been to! We were aways so curious what building this was whenever we pass 50 since there were bunch of cars ALL THE TIME!! When we walked in, we saw majority of people there were Mexicans, which means this place is AWESOME!! We love eating from here because it's just that good. Must go to place :)“
