This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts that I have ever been too!!!! The lines are always extremely long inside of the building. During my visit today, it took me 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. Then after leaving realized that I was charged twice. Went back to the store and showed the receipt to the Manager Monique and she suggested that I come back to the store on Monday for a refund. Nothing like being an inconvenience to the staff by coming in to order some ice cream. No soft serve and no spoons! Last time in that establishment.
