This was a shared kitchen type restaurant, which I knew before ordering. The problem was that when I arrived to pick up my order, it wasn't ready. The ticket hasn't been placed so I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The food was basic and I only got a handful of mediocre fries. Definitely not worth the price.
Simply do not waste your time and money…the cheesesteaks barely had any meat on them and the “loaded” fries which contained about 6 french fries were the farthest from what you would call loaded. To top it off we had to wait for almost two hours for our delivery. Food was cold. And because this is a virtual kitchen there is no way to get in touch with the store. Should have looked at the other reviews…
So I wanted you to know really have this place be amazing. It’s owned by IHOP. it’s run inside of every IHOP.
BUT it has a few things that will keep it from succeeding.
Greasy and soggy bun
Greasy meat
Undercooked onions
Untoasted bun
Upgrade to an actual sub tray with a closing lid. The aluminum wrapping now holds the heat but also causes the grease to be worse
The meat was very tasty BUT greasy
