Today I witnessed one of the cooks rudely yell at a customer for no reason. Customer was asking something about her food she was not fluent in English so it was hard to understand but the Spanish worker sadly they don't wear name tags to know but she yelled at the customer instead of trying to figure out what she asking. I’ve done mobile order multiple times and I’m a manager so Sundays I work alone so I send my part timer to pick up my food. There has NEVER been issues, until today, they said we had to have a receipt. I bite into my food, and this plastic metal thing was in my sandwich….. other than that the sandwiches are still the best.
