Had premium all you can eat we were told we could only have short ribs and shrimp once, but noticed other tables around us were getting more than 1 order the waitress brought out what she wanted we really didn't get to pick we were told we couldn't get steamed eggs something about price of eggs has gone up manager said he can make special order not sure how their all you can eat buffet works but def not all you can eat at-least what they have listed went to another location and the experience was way different

Solid Korean spot- saw some negative reviews and wanted to counter with the fact that it really is just another mom and pop Korean restaurant that serves tons of Korean people.
Went with family (7 of us) and enjoyed lunch.

Honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

It was so disappointing because I’m not the biggest Korean BBQ fan but my fiance loves it. We were at the mall and I’d been meaning to try this one since it opened.

We should have known it wasn’t going to be great when we were waiting over 5 minutes to be seated, and there were maybe 6 tables of people in the restaurant.

We had to wait almost 10 minutes for anyone to come take our order only to get drinks.

The service was extremely slow and we had to order things multiple times to get anything.

The person who was serving us was extremely slow and took forever to bring anything out. We asked for corn cheese I believe 3-4 times, and we never got it.

Towards the end, we both looked at each other and decided it wasn’t worth it to sit there and be waiting and waiting and waiting to get anything to drink or eat.

After the last time we asked for corn cheese, I had noticed our server had sat down with the table behind us, was actively drinking alcohol and taking shots with the group of whoever was sitting there, and never came back to check on us for the last 20-25 minutes we were there.

Another server came and asked if we needed anything else and if we had enough to eat, but we both just didn’t want to be there because the service was so bad.

We paid and left, and I saw our original server was still sitting with the group behind us and was eating noodles.

The worst experience I’ve ever had and will 100% not be back. We were not compensated for anything at all.

The customer service was atrocious

Our waiter rarely came around so we waited and waited with empty plates at an all you can eat resturant??? Instead of doing his job the waiter sat and drank with his buddies right behind us
This is the first time I have ever not left a tip at a restaurant

The quality of breakers has gone down a lot in the past year. We were literally given a gray piece of meat that tasted weeks past expiration in terms of flavor and texture.

Fabulous food and high quality meats to choose from. Upscale and large clean restaurant. Not your average korean bbq small smoky restaurant. Excellent food and excellent service !!

This place has greatly improved and their quality is surprisingly one of the better ones in the area. The garlic pork is really good, really great brisket quality as they do not freeze this meat ever. Their service is out of this world. And they have a great party room with karaoke in the back. Many private rooms. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with our party of twelve. The food is authentic, delicious, and served by a team that truly care about their patrons. Some of our party were unfamiliar with the cuisine and the owner personally explained how various flavor combinations worked together. Everyone left full and happy!

We came here at someone's suggestion. The two of us did the AYCE option with pork belly and bulgogi. I found the meat to be good quality. The banchan were flavorful and refreshing palate cleansers. Our server grilled our meat for us as well as cut it. It was nice for us to not have to worry about that, and just eat. I felt like the AYCE was fairly priced. Definitely much cheaper than some places and neither one of us left hungry. I would have liked a few more dipping options but that's such a minor problem. The food was good without all the fluff.

We had a banquet here and we can’t thank the owner and the staff enough for meeting all of our needs so humbly. They were so friendly and professional. They gave us enough food for our big party and everyone really enjoyed the high quality tasty food. They have rooms for parties and booths for small family/friends gathering. They will do their best to help you have a good time with your loved ones. Thank you for a great time!

Blasts music at midnight. They claim to close at 11PM but is wide open playing music with their windows completely open to wake up all the neighbors around it. Of course they won’t answer the phone because it’s “closed.” Absolutely unprofessional and inconsiderate.

This place has a nice establishment and pretty good food. The spicy chicken bulgogi however was a little dry. Service was mid, asked the server 4 times for a fork and he never brought it. Asked for napkins, they were brought immediately. Also, didn't let us see the check before taking the card. Overall, an okay experience.
