we finished our meals and decide to get two ice creams cones. it should take 2 mins for the cashier who is free to give it. but he cannot. they system won’t process for 20 mins. As there is 20 minutes of drive through and mobile orders to process before this order shows up. The drive through lines are very long in the evenings. Their order fulfillment system goes is same line for whole drive through and even if inside is not busy is a long wait. around 15-20 mins wait a supervisor helped get the order. Good food but not a fun environment. And they need vegetarian options.

The employee who helped us was incredibly kind, genuinely welcoming, and had such a great sense of humor—it truly made our day. I usually go inside to pick up my food but decided to do curb side which I know takes a little longer. But today I waited over 15 minutes and the person who got to curbside 5 minutes AFTER me and got their bigger order before me.
