Only one cashier even though 20 customers on the line.... delivery people have been waiting more than 20min.. their management doesn't know how to deploy the associates on right places. Feel so sorry for that.

It's a Hotspot cruise for gays. I know this bc I was with my gsy friend and he met up with random dudes in the bathroom. Then we look around and see a picture/painting on the wall of little boys. It was all very strange. I'll never ever feel the same way about chic-fil-a again

Slowest chicfila known to man. Takes 15min or more to get food inside. Prepped food just sits on back counter waiting for someone to actually bring it. If youre in a hurry, dont come here

The food here is great, and the service is friendly for the most part. However, the drive-thru for the Chick-Fil-A is poorly organized. The parking lot to get into Chick-Fil-A and the drive-thru are right next to each other and are in a cramped space, and I’ve been scared to come through the drive-thru because some cars really don’t pay attention when they are trying to back out of the parking lot. The servers do their best to help customers, but every time I have to stop for a driver, people are honking at me.Great, standard food, but poorly designed in my book.

This Chic fil a is absolutely terrible. We went in for TWO orders, one mobile order and one in person, and ended up being here for 30 MINUTES. Left with a 1 sandwich and 1 drink.The guy on the drive thru did not know what he was doing. We went to pick up a mobile order and place an additional order separately. He merged the TWO orders together and created a complete mess.We go to the window and notice that it is ONE receipt for two orders. We asked for a refund on the sandwich that was originally a FREE REWARD and notice that an additional drink was charged. We ended up having to go inside and waste more time trying to get a simple solution.Ricky was not helpful and had another manager speak spanish to him not realizing we speak spanish too. THEY had us pay for a Free Sandwich that they had refunded. We ended up leaving w a FREE SANDWICH that we had to PAY for and a drink. Our additional order was left due to the headache this caused. Hannah was also not helpful at all for being a 5+ year veteran there. No real solution came about and my brother left hungry w no food in hand.The cherry on top Ricky told us to keep the receipt because we get a free reward which was uncalled for considering the entirety of the situation.Very disappointed.What happened John?

In my 20 some years being in luxury service industry I have never seen anyone as amazing as the manager Alisa in this Chick-fi-a location. Her energy is absolutely phenomenon, her approach to her staff and customers and even the food delivery service people. She is an absolute gem!!! We have a 3 year old daughter and usually go to chick-fil-a location with a playground, hands down this location will be on top of our list thank to Alisa and her team!!! Thank you so much for everything you do, like i said the world needs more people like Alisa!!!Kid-friendliness: This location does have a play area for the kids!

This Chick-fil-A has been my go to for years! It has a great atmosphere and the employees are very good at their job and make you feel comfortable. While the parking lot is not ideal, the drive through goes quickly - except for some mornings when they don't have as many people out there. Excellent service!

This was the worst chick fil la experience I have ever had. They had one person working the front area and 15 running around everywhere else. I wanted in line for 10 min behind 2 people and then had to wait 10 min more to get my meal. I left with my meal and was missing an item. But after the experience I don’t even want to go back to get the missing item. Slowest one I have ever been to.
