I ordered online for pickup. I arrived 2 min past promised time. Order was not ready and lady initially told me they did not receive my order. Then, they found my order and began preparing but stopped mid-way to help an in-person order. It was not a busy time, like 3pm. They gave me white rice instead of brown and didn’t include my guacamole. Lady handed me my bag without looking in my eyes and no words. It was honestly a negative experience. :(

Food was delicious and the women working at the counter were lovely! Only part I didn’t like the was the younger male employee arguing with them when they requested help after he stuffed the burrito with too many ingredients for it to wrap well. He stood there doing nothing and just responded “You do it!” when they asked for assistance.
