The gelato was fairly good with a decent texture. Coffee drinks done well and with care. Shots are not bitter, texture is smooth. Service is lacking at best. There is no smile. There is no greeting. There are rude responses and glares if you ask a question. Overall what they lack in service you gain in product.
The gelato I had was absolutely delicious! While it wasn't as creamy as Pitango's, I really enjoyed the variety of flavors they offered. I ordered a three-flavor cup and chose Black and White Cookie Batter, Dark Chocolate Fudge, and Dulce de Leche Chip. Each flavor was delightful! The restaurant was quite busy, which was a good sign considering its prime location near shopping stores and not far from Chinatown. Did you change the recipe for Mb or is there a problem in shipping. The amazing berries sauce is not right. I tried your product at three different vendors. The same result in each one. The packaging was the new paper containers.Berries sauce is granular. Gelato sand. I have sent you an email about this issue too. I tasted and found your product wanting in three different stores.
