This location is in a death spiral.Ordered food online and paid.Got to the restaurant after enough time. The worker / manager said they don’t have an order for me. Looked through their online orders and said there is no order received.After I show him my confirmation he then looks again and says it’s there. Never apologizes. Makes it sound like it was my fault.Of course the order was never made so I have to wait for my order to be made.Very poor experience. Probably because this place has no customers the workers are poorly trained. Will NOT be going back to this place until a new restaurant takes over the space.
My son and I order from El Pollo Rico - Fairfax. We really loved the food. The chicken is delicious. I am very happy to have a good place to order from near y house without going out of Fairfax.
