I’ve been eating at this place for the last 20 years and I love Pollo Rico especially all the locations in the DMV. They’re all pretty consistent but today on Friday it was somehow very long line which is unexpected but luckily the line later moved by yeah the place is a little dainty could be updated.
Every El Pollo Rico Peruvian chicken chain restaurant has been consistently delicious, and the service at this Fairfax location is unrivaled. Service with a smile every time and always a great ambiance even during peak times with long lines. As a frequent customer this place is an incredible go to for a quick bite
Came here on a quiet evening and ended up having one of those properly memorable meals you weren't expecting. The food was on top form — proper flavours, generous portions, the kind of cooking that makes you stop talking for a minute because you're concentrating on the next bite. Our server was lovely, took proper time with us, and made some great suggestions when we asked. The atmosphere was warm and unhurried, perfect for a proper long meal with good conversation....
