“My husband & I came here for lunch to celebrate a very special milestone, & the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we sat down, our waitress Emma made us feel so welcomed—she was kind, bubbly, & went above & beyond.

The manager, Sarah, even stopped by with a thoughtful gift. To top it all off, they surprised us with a complimentary dessert that was absolutely delicious.

We opted to do the small plates (app & entree for $28). Husband got the clam chowder & steak frites with the steak cooked rare. They knocked it out of the park with the cook. I got the lobster bisque & salmon. Again, superb! My only critique is that the chowder & bisque were both too thick.

We’ve dined at many restaurants over the years, including Michelin-starred establishments & other Capital Grille locations, but the service we received here was beyond anything we’ve ever experienced before. Every detail was thoughtful, genuine, & made us feel so special.

This location has set a new standard for hospitality, & we can’t wait to return. Big thank you to Emma & Sarah for an experience we'll forever cherish.“

“Wonderful service and excellent food. I wanted a NY Strip Steak and I got one - grilled perfectly. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her grilled salmon and my daughter - 10 years old and very picky - was treated respectfully and was well- accommodated. Highly recommended.“

“Today my husband and I had the opportunity to dine at Fleming. The staff was AMAZING! Matt, the manager was on top of every request, need, and want. As soon as anyone in the restaurant needed anything, we witnessed him assisting the service staff to make sure that it was done immediately. He is the type of manager that people dream of! Wish he were on my team. Luis was our server and was great! He was on top of our every need, was attentive, and easily on of the best servers I've ever had. To round out the team, Juan was behind Luis with any additional support that we needed. Quiet professional with great service; Quick, fast, and in a hurry. The ambiance of the restaurant is hard to find in DC. It was quiet enough for a one on one conversation, but energetic enough to make sure that we were not bored. The food was top notch! My stomach hurts because I should have tapped out 15 minutes ago but the food was too good to stop. I'd recommend the Leviathan wine and tomahawk steak. We are big eaters and could not finish our salads and soup, steak, or desserts! My husband highly recommends the French onion soup, Mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts. Overall the service, ambiance, food, and staff were wayyyyyy more than we expected. We look forward to patronizing this location again. I wish I had pics, but we ate too fast.“
