Did a drive thru order and after parking to the side to check my 2 burgers, found out that both were done incorrectly. I went inside the restaurant and spoke with manager Ramon. I explained to him what had happened, and without hesitation or delay, he re-did my order and made sure it was correct. Ramon was very polite and professional. I hope he is there the next time I visit Freddy's. Thank you Ramon!

one person at counter waiting on family of three who couldnt decide what to order and was taking a lot of time so I went to the drive-through. My bill was $5.17. I handed her $10.27 she gave me back five dollars. I told her that was incorrect. She walked away came back with somebody else who gave me an unfriendly lock and started arguing with me that they didn’t owe me that and I insisted that they were wrong that I had even commented that I was handing her the change first...

I think I hit this place on an off day for their kitchen flow. My wife’s chicken tenders were good. However my burger was super cold. Maybe they made mine and were waiting for the tenders. Staff is friendly but a cold burger is the worst.
