Absolutely worst branch. Do not go there. The sando had the thinnest breast I have ever seen. All the loaded fries were burnt oily blackened..

I ordered their mild chicken sandwich for myself (still a bit spicy) but was really good, crispy, huge! The Coleslaw was crunchy & sweet that added a perfect balance to each and every bite. This is my favorite fast food chicken sandwich so far!

The loaded fries at this location are terrible compared to the ones at herndon, sterling, ashburn, and leesburg. The fries were red, soggy, and cooked in the same fryer as the chicken. The portion was small, with only 5-6 soggy fries. The chicken looked shredded, not cut up like normal. It felt like I was eating crust with spicy potato soup. Would not recommend this going to this location

Other than the service, I am still trying to figure out why this placed was rated so high with people. The place had only 2 couples and us, but its took 20 minutes for a sandwich that was soggy and mediocre fries. The server was kind and accommodating, because I was asked them to redo my sandwich that was falling apart. Even after that, I was less than thrilled. Nothing to write home about. I could've eaten at Chickfila for less and had a better meal.
The food here is genuinely really good, one of my favorite spots when it comes to flavor and quality. That’s why it’s frustrating to write this, because I want to keep supporting them.
That said, it’s been really difficult to get through by phone. I stopped by recently and the employee mentioned their phone stopped working the day before, which I understand. But to be honest, this isn’t the first time I’ve had trouble calling in. There have been several times in the past where the call goes through but no one picks up, which makes it hard to trust if they’ll be reachable at all.
I usually just want to call ahead so I can pick up my food when it’s ready, but I end up having to drive over just to see if they’re open and place the order in person. It adds extra wait time and kind of defeats the point of a quick pickup.
I really like this place and hope the team can get the phone situation sorted out long-term. I’d love to keep coming back more often, but right now, it’s just not as convenient as it could be.
awesome food, the best service. on time when i picked up my chicken bites and they even added some more bites instead of sides.

The food was excellent! I ordered the chicken wrap—it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. Special thanks to Atef for the outstanding service—truly appreciated!
Hangry Bird hot chicken on Fairfax Blvd was kind of a one woman show. She took our order and three others after us. Helped cook the food and prep the orders “behind the curtain”. She was phenomenal. The food was hot and tasty, but not Nashville hot chicken.
This location is amazing please don’t try any other one just stop by at this location if you want real juicy food
This is one of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had- I have moved away and don’t have a location nearby but still think about eating one of these chicken sandwiches daily.
