I had a great experience with Insomnia Cookies. They initially messed up my order, but when I called, the staff was super responsive and kind. They immediately corrected it and re-delivered exactly what I ordered. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was top-notch ..excellent customer service!

Perfect late-night spot! The cookies are always warm, gooey, and delicious, and pairing them with ice cream is a treat you can’t miss. Loved the vibe hereit’s right beside the pub so it’s a fun stop after a night out. The staff were friendly, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely my new go-to for late night dessert in Fairfax!

I come to this store constantly and they have the most amazing customer service and a very great staff overall they are super polite and professional no store beat how neat and clean and even during a rush they so polite when I was messing up the line and the way the one guy handled the rush was Amazing and got me a my dash order so quickly
