Extremely friendly owner and great customer service! The store is clean, welcoming, and has a very comfortable atmosphere. It’s rare to find such genuinely kind service these days. Highly recommend visiting this Kokee Tea location in Fairfax!
We have been coming here for years. It is the best one!! I was shocked when I happened to see the poor rating. Quality and service have bee consistently good for us for over 4 years.
The staff was friendly and made my tea very quickly. I got the purple love with boba. At 100% sweetness, it was quite sweet which I didn’t mind. I will probably get it at 75% next time. The boba was more on the al dente side which I wished they were cooked a little longer.
