Had to wait an extra 30 mins after my order was supposed to be ready for them to make it and they get the order wrong… smdh
First time at this Potbelly. We ordered the Pizza Sandwich and a Turkey Breast w/other ingredient and a large soda. I asked for sauteed onions but got fresh onions (Pizza), good and spicy. The food at this restaurant is pretty good but their sandwiches are smaller then most sub shops.
This location has the average quality sandwich you’d expect. Employees are polite, but seem uneasy likely due to who I assume to be the manager, the least friendly person each time we’ve gone there.
This location now continues to advertise the “buy adult entree get kids meal free”special with a sign at the counter and then refuse to honor it at the cash register. I don’t believe this is the employees making the decision. They told me this is what management told...read full review
