First time at this Potbelly. We ordered the Pizza Sandwich and a Turkey Breast w/other ingredient and a large soda. I asked for sauteed onions but got fresh onions (Pizza), good and spicy. The food at this restaurant is pretty good but their sandwiches are smaller then most sub shops.

I recently placed an online order and realized I had made a small error. After already having a challenging day, I contacted the store to request an adjustment. Nat assisted me, and her kindness, professionalism, and warm tone made a meaningful difference. Although the interaction was brief, her courteous and helpful approach truly turned my day around.
