This place is great! Good customer service and it's nice to get my stuff already mostly cooked. That way I can eat almost immediately instead of watching my pot boil.

Little Dipper is delicious! It's the first place I go when I come for a visit! The hotpot selection is great and it nice to try something new each time!

I really really want this place to do well because I love hotpot and the food here is good. Sure, most of the hotpot ingredients is already pre cooked but it makes the process much faster. I love their lunch deal. Honestly, it's the perfect amount of food for a reasonable price. Why the missing star? I feel bad since there's usually only one waitress for the entire restaurant and she's a little overwhelmed. I hope they add more staff for speedier service, more turnaround, and more people. The windows are also tinted soooo dark, I think it's closed all the time. My favorites are Thai, miso, and Mala.

Food was ok , the server was nice, the place very clean, They use little burner to keep the soup hot, careful if you have little ones.

There is mold in their sauce jar on the table. I caught the mold and asked the waitress to switch but still got food poisoning after the meal. Never going there again.

I bought this yesterday on uber eats, and my goodness was it mostly bland. We bought the popcorn chicken, chicken cutlet vermiceli, the almond milk tea, and the shrimp vermiceli. The popcorn chicken was the best thing out of everything we ordered, and that was only because it was the singular item with flavor. The chicken cutlet and shrimp had absolutely no flavor, even with the sauce they provided. Also the almond milk tea tasted very dull, it was basically watered down almond milk with a small dab of sugar (I usually get 30 percent sugar bubble teas, if I do drink them. I do not like overly sweet things). Please do yourself a favor, and order from any other asian restaurant. I am not even kidding....I have had better food, from take out Chinese spots on the corner of streets.

I love checking out new restaurants in the area and soup sounded perfect on a rainy Sunday evening. My friend and I were warmly greeted and quickly seated. There was no wait :) The service was great and so was the prices. We were pleasantly surprised that they had happy hour specials on a Sunday evening! The individual hot pot came with a spring roll and iced green tea for around $12. I ordered the satay pot with beef (medium spicy) and it was delicious... full of so much flavor and veggies. I was a bit surprised though... it came pre-mixed and pre-made... I was expecting it to be like the typical hot pot, where it's like Asian fondue. But nevertheless, it was pretty good and so was the portion. I had enough for a second meal. I think this place is worth a try. I'm looking forward to coming back!

Came here on a Saturday night with my husband and cousin. It took about 2 minutes to be noticed and then took about 10-15 minutes to get seated. They needed to clean off tables from customers that already left. After getting seated, we were given menus and we had to wait about 25 minutes to be able to order drinks and food. Another 15-20 minutes to get our food and drinks at the same time. The food was good. I ordered the Kimchi Dipper. I enjoyed it. The spice level is already a medium when you order it due to the kimchi base. Overall the place looked pretty clean, but understaffed. When more and more customers left when they were done with their meal, it was still hard to get anyone's attention to get a refill on water. When we first walked in it looked like there were no servers and then when we sat down to wait for a table it looked like there were 3 servers. By the time I was trying to get a refill on water it looked like there was 1 server. We were here for a span of 1.5 hours. I would come back only because the food was good. The customer service needs some improvement.

Service was super slow as people called out sick. They tried hard to keep up. We picked this place because they had separate pots for everyone at the table, which helped with my mil being allergic to seafood & the rest of us not wanting to give it up. However, they pre-cooked the food, which not only took way too long (we waited over an hr for food to be served) but it defeats the whole purpose of hot pot, which is to cook your own food. I see other posters talking about the meat being served separately. That's the way it should've been.

You will get one pot per person. Dinner and lunch are same price but lunch has free icetea.

Outside of some of the seafood that seemed less than fresh, the food was delicious. Skip the cocktails as their ice is garbage and they don't have a dedicated bartender who knows what they're doing. The solo hot pot approach I'm sure appeals more to germaphobes, but takes some of the fun out of what is traditionally a communal experience. The service was slow and inexperienced. The kids' food came out last. Several times we had to ask about things that were supposed to have been included but they forgot to bring. And on a busy weekend night you might expect some of these issues, but the place was more than half empty. Also skip the ramen. Not sure why you would order ramen from a hotpot place, but one of our party did and was disappointed.

I got Mala flavor with beef. The portion was generous with full of different types of vegetable and the beef was really fresh. The service is amazing. The two server were very friendly and welcoming. They checked my table frequently. The place is spacious and clean. I left with full and happy stomach. Will definitely be back!
