This particular McAlister's is fantastic!
I've been to a couple others in the area and they aren't as warm and welcoming as this one! The food is great, fresh and tasty!

The only problem I have with McAlister's is I think they are expensive for a deli, especially compared to Panera Bread with is very comparable but a lot cheaper.

This place is really hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great and sometimes, like last week, I order a spud and half of the spud (it's 2 potatoes put together) is raw and tough. I do have to say that the cashiers are always friendly.

I looove McAlister's. So glad this new one was built so there is no need to drive to the one in Herndon from Alexandria. (However, after driving 11 hours, what is another 45 minutes. I am from FL with family in Alexandria.) I introduced my VA family years ago to McA. They are so happy for a closer location.
This particular location: great staff, great service, great food, so eat here. It is yummy! ☺
