The service is very poor and being cheap about asking more cups when I order boxes of coffee for bunch people and didn’t allow us have any other utensils and wares I need . I never experienced limited service at anyother Panera.

Do not eat here. There was a mouse crawling over and around my feet in the booth I was sitting at with my son. I have never been more disgusted in my life. This mouse felt brave enough to come out in the daytime while there were people in the dining area. Just imagine what the mice are doing when the restaurant closed for the night and empty of people. I feel ill just thinking about it. I will NEVER, ever eat at another Panera Bread again. Absolutely disgusting!

Im tired of inputting my meal. Pick up my meal. Toss stuff. Never see another human. Faster? Blah. I can make my own. Where is human interaction? The service to the table? It's way too pricy for self-service. I can go to subway and get better service and fresh food for half the price.

I'm uncertain about his role (manager? Employee?), but he's a short individual with a beard who wears glasses. His overly and sarcastically nice demeanor makes me uncomfortable, so I usually visit on Fridays and Saturdays when he's off. He comes across as creepy.

My go to place when I’m out and about with my son and know I won’t make it home for lunch. He loves their kids Mac and cheese that comes with a yogurt (other options available).My first time at this Panera and thought the fireplace was a nice touch to the restaurant.I had a coffee and a bear claw.I also like that I don’t have to wait on line to order. I can walk to our table and order from there. Table numbers are on the top of the table.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Love their kids menu.
This is a very good location. Coffee was hot but pretty diluted. In my opinion, Panera never got the coffee right. Seating area is just sufficient with respect to the small space. It is near some shopping place.

I would like to talk about something that happened today at Panera (Fairfax Towne Ctr). I have always been a fan of Panera and how great the food is. And I have been visiting this location for over a year.A metal piece came off of one of the door hinges and it prevented the door from being kept shut when used. You might say it's just a door but the weather is very cold and it is winter.So, I went very nicely to talk to the people at the front desk and the guy working there said he will take a look (and he did). He came and just closed the door. (which I already did more than 5 times earlier). After about two hours, an older guy went to talk to them about the issue and they came and tried to actually fix the door hinge.What pissed me off is that the person who works there neglected by complain because I was just a lady complaining..and as soon as a male person complained, they went above and beyond to fix the issue.

Christmas Eve. They open at 7. Doors still locked after 7. Multiple people waiting outside standing in the cold. Multiple cars waiting in spots or on the street. Been watching them get ready since I arrived before posted opening hours. They took 3 extra minutes. No wonder it says they're hiring. At least they have warnings over kiosks due to their charges lemonade caffeine deaths now. The incessant beeping of the cooking area does not make for a comfy cozy atmosphere. To that effect the fireplace was not lit and there was no ambient music playing. The blinds were not up. Food took 15 minutes to make. Multiple people and orders came and went who arrived after us. The order was not on the order board. We received an email and text instead. They could've put things on the same plate and saved us a trip up to the pick up window. They have a window sign saying 100% clean pertaining to the food. I know for a fact that the bathrooms aren't 100% clean! Napkins in urinals. Tight spaces. Why is food served under napkins. How dirty are the plates you're serving on? The clientele are discriminatory and move seats out of your view. Not my fault you brought your laptop and sat where I can see you if I look up from my plate. I was here first. Someone else sat where you sat and she didn't mind.

We placed a to go order for coffee for an event, stopped by in person to make sure they got it, called the night before we were supposed to pick up and talked to a manager who assured us it would be ready at 730am. When we showed up the workers didn’t have anything ready to go nor did they have any record of our order. We had to wait 30 minutes for it to be ready which made us late for the event we were going to and providing coffee for.

It seems like Panera Bread's prime time has passed. It is still okay, but not as used to be. Some location is doing worse than others. Online ordering is very convenient, but they always have issue with "out-of-stock" bagels when I tried to pick up the order. I guess the online system does not know how many bagels are left...
