I have always gotten smiles and warm greetings at this Panera. Staff tell me what coupons I have and brought my order to me table when i was injured. (One of my points rewards was a gorgeous resin cherry hair clip!) The food has always been fresh and nicely prepared and presented. And strong cold brew! Not watery, just right. Gently busy atmosphere, good for studying or socializing. Tip these guys : )

I had lunch today, and I wanted to give a special shout-out to Augie, who was working at the register. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. He had a smile on his face the entire time, and his positive attitude really stood out to me.
It’s not every day you come across someone who makes you feel so welcome just through their kindness and attitude. Augie deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. Thank you for making my lunch experience...

I had a great experience at this Panera thanks to Ali. He was incredibly warm and friendly from the second I walked in. I was dealing with a frustrating issue, but he handled it with total professionalism and made sure everything was sorted out perfectly. It’s rare to get such genuine service these days. Ali really went above and beyond!
