I had a great experience at this Panera thanks to Ali. He was incredibly warm and friendly from the second I walked in. I was dealing with a frustrating issue, but he handled it with total professionalism and made sure everything was sorted out perfectly. It’s rare to get such genuine service these days. Ali really went above and beyond!
Ordered a large catering order for school event and the manager and a (tall gentleman) worker helped load it all into my car. It was labeled and organized which made the whole process wonderfully easy!
This past Sunday was my first time at a panera bread and i had high expectations and Jennifer, who took my order, exceeded them as she was very welcoming and took my order at a speedy rate. the food was excellent and the compliments from Jennifer on my outfit was just a plus! will be coming again soon.
