About Pei Wei

Pei Wei Asian Kitchen offers good quality ingredients, but the dishes can be too saucy and sweet. Some customers received plain unseasoned lo mein noodles instead of the flavorful ones they expected. Changes in the menu have left some regulars missing their favorite dishes and noticing a decrease in the amount of veggies and fruit in the meals. The staff is always friendly, providing great customer service, and the food is generally hot and correct. Many customers enjoy the variety of options that cater to different dietary preferences, such as vegetarian choices and healthier modifications like extra veggies and brown rice. Portions are often generous, sometimes enough for two meals, and the prices are reasonable. Notably, the Mongolian beans are a popular favorite. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, with some mentioning their positive experiences with helpful employees. The music playing adds to the enjoyable atmosphere. Wilson, the staff member, is known for excellent customer service, making sure orders are confirmed and helping other customers promptly. Overall, Pei Wei Asian Kitchen remains a well-liked spot with consistent service and tasty food, especially for those who appreciate vegetable options and friendly staff.

Stopped in with my 2 for 20 rewards promo .
Ordered the Mongolian beef with mushrooms, scallions and white rice.
Very flavorful, cooked nicely ..Wilson, the manager personally served me and asked how the food was...it was Delicious.
His taking the time to stop at my table was appreciated.
Took the crispy chicken with broccoli and the chicken dumplings home.
Unsweet green tea is good too.

I liked Mongolian beef.

Smells great but just tastes ok. Sad that the rice under my entree was not warmed to go with the hot food, probably just scooped from a pot of pre-made rice waiting and cooled. I had too much rice for the entree and left half in the bowl.
