My last visit was terrible I ordered my food picked it up at the window The girl handed me my food when we drove off I noticed the lid was not on my red beans and rice and fell down in my bag. When I spoke to her at the window she did not speak back she had a nasty demeanor that is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at that Popeye's and I visit several times sometimes twice a week.

I have a love/hate relationship with Popeyes. I really do love Popeyes, but my experiences with customer service staff and quality of chicken has not been the best. Today however that changed. I went to the Popeyes at 13051 Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy, Fairfax and had one of the best customer services experiences.
