First time ever at Red Robin since we are new in the states.First of all the welcome was very profesional and staff greeted us.sat us down and we were almost immidiately helped by a waiter. Drinks were ordered and arrived in 2 minutes.We did not know what to order as all looked so good but we decided and were not upset.The food was amazing and delicious.ill rate red robin 5 stars any day

Started off nicely with the hostess opening the front door for me and my party. That was super appreciated and unusual for any restaurant. We’re were seated straight away and was waited on just as fast. The server was very polite and helpful. Food was great everyone liked their food. My only gripe is we were seated in the bar area that had a glass roof and was a little hot under the direct sun but other than that it was an enjoyable experience.

Beed here a few times and much prefer it over the Chantilly location due to its better service.

Recently went for dinner and left my ear buds. Was very happy to find out that the waiter had them put them in the safe and I was able to pick them up the next day. Thanks for caring! We will be back.
