My all time favorite lunch spot! I was so happy when they opened up a location in Virginia, I go out of my way to get lunch here. I wish they would do Maryland next. The bowls are so fresh and flavorful. The servings are so big too I usually eat half for lunch and the other half for dinner. I highly recommend getting their roots rice in your bowl! The only down side with this location is that parking is really limited if you just want to pop in and grab your to go order. Otherwise...

I had such a great experience at Roots! The customer service really stood out (shoutout Emmanuel and Noe!) and the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly.

The vibe was awesome, everything felt easy and positive, and the team made it even better. Definitely a spot I’d come back to again. Highly recommend!

I went to this place based on my coworker’s recommendation. From beginning to end, the customer service was exceptional. The staff were very friendly—especially the manager, Jean. It was my first time there, and they really took great care of me. It’s a very welcoming place. Thank you all—Noe, Jean, Kim, and Deja. I will definitely come back again. I started my day really badly, and they truly made my day.
