The woman working the counter always seems to be out of it. I am not sure why but she does get everything right most of the time. It is much slower than a normal Starbucks being inside of the giant (the worker can sometimes be pretty distracted and you end up waiting a long time). It’s nice to have a Starbucks here but the customer service needs work.
It's at the Giant. If you're expecting the full Starbucks experience, that won't be happening here. This is for getting a coffee to help with grocery shopping. I am grateful for this. Always have polite employees who work here. It's located right near the main entrance. Recently was glad to get some Yukon Blend. Had forgotten how tasty that was. Plus I was struggling. first of all what the actual heck is happening here. this is very close to my school and i walk there on occasion, the employees are nice(ish) but honestly quite incompetent. i have a lot of sympathy for people that work in places like this but come on at how slow these people are they shouldn't be working in a fast paced environment like this. the drinks over all weren't mixed and had way too much syrup despite giving very clear instruction.
