They started cleaning oven at 7:30pm, they close at 8pm. Charged me for banana bread and did not heat it up. Asked for refund and they said they couldn’t put it back on card, so they gave me cash

This branch has had a broken espresso machine for a month. What good is a cafe without one of its most important tools? But thanks to their inabilities, I've been forced to look for another cafe. The Peet's down the road is much more prepared, friendly, and cheaper. Thanks!

Very unpleasant experience. Only one person work for the clients and make drinks. If someone wants to order, then the people who already ordered must keep waiting. Unproductive. When they heat the food, they burned some of the skin. Anyways, do not want to come back.

Excellent service, it appears they have some trainees so patience is advised, we all gotta start somewhere anyways. When it gets crowded they do their best to do their job and complete all the orders regardless of the rudeness and impatience of other customers. I do advise coming 5-10 before closing if you’re running late because they start parking at that time, I mean obviously, it takes time to clean and prepare for the next day. But they also seem to follow the rules as the other areas in Giant, which close 15 minutes before 8, for the same reason. But overall, a good place, kind and great service, and really hard working employees who go above and beyond. Sometimes it isn’t the employees that’s are the problem, but the customers. Learn some patience and kindness, it’ll help in every other area of life.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The girl taking my order seemed very confused and I had to remind her twice to take my personal cup. The guy making the drinks was even worse. Extremely scattered, made someone else’s drink who ordered after me before he made mine, handed me one of my drinks and then tried to take it back and then shoved a straw right in my face for a hot drink. I wouldn’t come back if this was the last Starbucks on earth.

Please tell your RUDE staff to have some manners and customer service mind. Went in yesterday and this (rude asian male barista whose wearing eye glassses) are so rude!!!
instead of handing me the drinks, he slide it aggressively?! If he does not want to be there please GET rid of him. Very bad attitude. No service mind and act as we are asking it for free ?
Please train or get rid of him!!

This Starbucks is ok. The taste of the drinks are pretty standard, but it’s disappointing that they were out of stock of espresso and the impossible egg bites. The tables are also not clean, which were a bit of a disappointment. The servers also kept mixing up orders as well. Not the best Starbucks, but at least the drinks are decent.

Vegetarian options: Almost everything there is vegetarian, except some of their sandwiches and egg bites. You can also request oat, almond, or coconut milk if you are vegan.

Dietary restrictions: They have non-dairy milk.

Parking: There’s a parking garage as it is in a residential neighborhood and very limited street parking near TeaDM.

Kid-friendliness: Starbucks has a kids menu.

The woman working the counter always seems to be out of it. I am not sure why but she does get everything right most of the time. It is much slower than a normal Starbucks being inside of the giant (the worker can sometimes be pretty distracted and you end up waiting a long time). It’s nice to have a Starbucks here but the customer service needs work.

Worst Starbucks. Keep messing up my drink, don’t know how to take an order especially customized orders. First they would ask me what I want, then they would ask me to repeat so they can write it down. Like you could’ve done it the first time?!?Also why don’t they fill up my venti all the way up like other Starbucks!? (Pic- I just took one sip)
