Another bubble tea place! If you want a photo op, they have a giant bubble tea prop inside! What else is different about this bubble tea place from the others? They have a twisted stairway to the second floor? It's a good place to hang out and talk. The staff worked fast and my drink came out quickly. Hmm, what else? I don't know. I got the average coffee bubble tea. It's an acceptable bubble tea joint if you're in the area. It's not a place you should drive far to check out. The parallel parking out front will be challenging. You may have to park elsewhere and walk here. I will update my review if I happen to get something more extraordinary next time.

Definitely one of the best smoothie spots I have ever tried! I find myself coming back 3–4 times a week – that says a lot. They never compromise on quality, and every item feels carefully made with premium ingredients. My absolute favorite is the Organic Mango Snow – it’s fresh, flavorful, and so satisfying. If you’re looking for consistent quality and delicious treats, this place won’t disappoint.

the girl taking my order was extremely dismissive. i get its past 10pm and anyone can have bad days but the aggression made me feel extremely unwelcome into this store. also there’s no clear indication on whether or not you offer the $4 boba happy hour so i paid full price for my drinks. $16+ for only 2 drinks is crazy considering i was under the impression that at least one of them would be $4

I ordered a taro smoothie. Instead of getting what I ordered, they gave me an ube smoothie. I noticed the label when I arrived home and promptly called back. A man (I assume a manager) spoke to me and said they could switch it and to ask for it with reduced sweetness and the regular boba not the honey boba. When I arrived, the employee was hesitant to switch it. She explained that taro and ube were the same and they switched the taro smoothie for the ube last year. This was my first experience there and I’ve ordered taro smoothies at other nearby shops. She also refused to switch out the honey boba or change the sweetness level. She said they only offered honey boba, but that’s not what I was told on the phone. The drink is ok, but similar to other reviews it’s too sweet. They do not want to change the sweetness level so fair warning if you choose to order here.

I used to really enjoy coming here. Nowadays it’s too crowded and orders get mixed up. Furthermore, some of the employees forget to ask for sweetness/ice levels! It's important to not assume every customer wants 100% sugar for their bubble tea. I developed a bad headache and had to pop an ibuprofen because I didn't know they put down 100% sugar without having asked me (I usually get 30% or lower). No matter how busy you are, these questions are important, the customer is not always going to remember that you guys immediately default 100% sugar, please have the courtesy to ask! If not me, someone else sensitive to sugar would suffer for and have an unpleasant experience. Thankfully when I confronted them once my headache subsided they gave me a free replacement 🙏; but I would not be going there again during their busy hours to be on the safe side. Plenty of other options in the same vicinity.
