A good Mexican food. I only went for lunch, and pretty late, and the place was quiet. Good service and good food, and interior was nice. I enjoyed eating at the bar and I would not hesitate to go back.

Make sure you roll your R for warm water. Great food, great service. But you decide to step out on a freezing winter afternoon to support local businesses, don't think that you are walking into the tropical paradise. You are coming for the hot and spicy food. You are getting hot spicy food without the sun and the shine.

Overall I would say that Uncle Julio's was about average. Nothing terrible and nothing great. I got the red chili enchiladas , and they were okay , but far from great. I wasn't fond of the sauce.

One nit: They have no draft beer. What kind of restaurant has no draft beer?
