Went in this afternoon for dinner and had a miscommunication on my order, my own fault. The person working the counter with the green hijab was an exceptional employee and took care of us despite my mistake. She was very customer service oriented. Food was also fresh and hot. Thanks Wendy's!
Still adventuring to an occasional fast food restaurant. App order ahead and still rarely right. Not to a point of a review but when presented an order without any cheese or bacon on it to than give a tray of a few cheese slices, cold, and bacon under it. Not an ok solution at all and should not be practiced, at all. Shared disgust with mgr or someone who eventually Re-made the order properly and it was quite good, for what’s expected. They kept the receipt so can’t share...
This is my go to Wendy's for a quick bite when I'm working an evening schedule. The food has always come out fresh and piping hot. I tried their Crispy Panko Fish sandwich for the first time and must say I was rather impressed. All the elements came together perfectly; the steamed bun, the savory, crispy panko breaded fish patty, oozing melty cheese, and a generous amount of dill tartar sauce.
