Cafe Rio is a great chain with delicious food. I really enjoy the sweet pork tacos with a side of rice and beans. The horchata and mint lemonade are solid drink choices to complete your meal.
Chipotle gets all the Love. But Cafe Rio, food is much better. It has a homemade taste. Because basically it is. The food is made fresh in front of you. It doesn't taste mass produced as Chipotle. They should be way more popular. But maybe that's a good thing. Because it makes it a Treat when you visit one...
I love Cafe Rio, my husband and I go probably once a week. Every time I go after I get off work around 7pm they are out of steak. For an establishment that is open until 10pm running out of steak at 7pm is probably an issue that should be fixed. Again we go weekly and this has been happening for the past month if not longer. PLEASE fix this issue!! I do not want to stop coming but I am getting fed up with constantly having the alter my meal!
