Waited for half an hour to get a chicken deluxe sandwich, took it home, only to find out there is no chicken in it! What did I pay for?

i ordered two meals and two lemonades. i got my food first but waited 30 minutes for the lemonades. i even asked for the lemonades and told me to wait. but it doesn't take 30 minutes to make 2 lemonades. just when i asked about my order, they give me the drinks. the lady didn't apologize or say anything.

CONSISTENTLY SLOW mobile order time. 10-15 min at all times of day, breakfast or dinner! Ruins the experience. Get better staff. Also their garden herb sauce is liquidy, which is not how it’s supposed to be.

My last visit here. Although my chicken sandwich was free from a promotion on the app, it was dry, flavorless, and must've sitting on a steam rack a long time. The owner needs to visit locations in Dupont Circle, Fairfax, and Fairfax Circle to see how a good CFA is run. This has never been an ideal CFA to dine since its inception. I stopped dining in since before the pandemic because you could never find a clean table. And considering CFA's support of organizations that disenfranchise marginalized people, I won't support it any longer.

So good, it's worth the crowd!Chick-fil-A Annandale nails their classic chicken sandwich – juicy, crispy, and on that perfect bun. Their service is incredibly friendly and quick, even though the place was packed. It's definitely a popular spot, but the food is worth braving the crowds!

Like any Chick-fil-A, this place is fantastic. The staff are always nice, the lines are usually long, but the team works hard to get these lines moving. One of the few fast-food restaurants left with a decent pricing. I think any Chick-fil-A's nuggets are too tiny, I would call them something else because they are a bit overpriced for what they provide. Besides that, everything else on the menu is great, including the salads.

I’ve been here so many times and the workers can never get an order correct. This has happened multiple times where I get something missing in my order or get the wrong item. The Annandale location is SO much better, I would definitely recommend going there !

I went to this Chick-Fil-A a few times. Each experience was underwhelming, but last night (03/22/2024 at about 915pm) was the worst. I ordered curbside and was told there was a 12-minute wait for my food. I was fine with that, until I got my food. My food was cold like it sat for 12-minutes before they brought it to me. I went in to ask for fresh food. The young ladies at the front counter area were rude. The cashier rolled her eyes when I came to the counter to explain the issue. She tossed my fries and grabbed fries out the warmer area. I informed her I ordered no salt fries, and she rolled her eyes again. She went to let the kitchen staff know I needed no salt fries. Once my fries were ready, she handed me my food and I said “Thank you.” Instead of saying their usual phrase, “My Pleasure,” or at least “You’re welcome,” she didn’t say anything. She rolled her eyes and walked away. The second young lady passing out orders was rude. I didn’t interact with her directly, but before I decided whether I would ask for a manager, I observed her customer service behavior. She didn’t greet guests or say “you’re welcome,” to each that said thank you. She treated them like an assembly line. It let me know all I needed to know about the location. This is more so a reflection of poor management than staff. The commonality between their behaviors means its obviously tolerated. You would have thought CFA made better use of the time they’ve been closed all these months by practicing customer service training, but no. The atmosphere felt like I was at a McDonald’s, and doesn’t reflect the pleasant CFA brand I am used to at other locations.I gave it two stars because at least they remade my food correctly. I guess it’s better than getting it right the first time.

Recently renovated, the dining area has plenty of seating and high chairs. It gets tight and filled up quickly, but there's not much to be done about that.Outdoor seating in good weather.2 single-user bathrooms.Wheelchair accessible entrance.Curbside pickup is quick and friendly. No drive thru! There is no drive thru Chick-fil-A in Arlington yet... We can keep dreaming.Parking: Located in a shopping strip so there is plenty of parking, although spots directly next to the restaurant store front fill quickly.Kid-friendliness: This location is very accommodating towards kids! They often host toddler play times. No play area like some other locations have, but that's ok - it's busy enough in there without it!

I have ordered curbside from here 3 times. Everytime I have had to wait 20-30 minutes for my food. It’s really ridiculous! Management needs to do something about this!
